An Instrument for Every Child with David Clayton-Thomas

Musician David Clayton-Thomas joined us on MorningFile to chat about his upcoming benefit concert in Hamilton for An Instrument for Every Child. He discusses his motivation behind joining the cause and his belief that music really can change people’s lives as well as the paths they go on in early, developing years.

The show is happening between 6-9pm on May 25th and there will be food as well as an open bar! Last year’s benefit raised more than $25 000, providing 160 children in Hamilton’s inner city schools an instrument of their choice for use in the AIFEC music education program. It sounds like an incredible way to celebrate talented musicians, make an impact and help grow a future of music inspiring youth in our community.
