Paisley's New Cup Of Joe: Revamping Westdale's Beloved Cafe

Our lovely campus newspaper, The Silhouette interviews Owner-Operator at previously named My Dog Joe, Jeff Groat. The beloved cafe has just undergone a speedy rebrand and now lights up the Westdale Village with a bright blue sign and some big changes. Paisley Coffeehouse has officially opened it's doors complete with proper study bars, outlets and the warm aroma of hot coffee with treats. Check out the Silhouette's full interview here.
