The Populace is Hamilton’s newest co-working space. The 3,800 sq/feet workspace is located at 180 James St South; the sleek interior and large windows provide a stylish and well lit workspace. With options ranging from open concept to closed office spaces it provides a good work environment for young professionals who are just starting out to experienced working looking for a change in environment. The rental for office spaces start at $450.00 a month and up.

The Populace offers a few different options for renters from enclosed office spaces to a shared open concept workspace which they call “The Core”. In “The Core” you can find bean bag chairs, a farm table, many murals as well as many other options to make your work day that much better. The Populace strives to create a workspace that fosters creativity and helps grow the entrepreneurial spirit of Hamilton. ​
