GREY\\WATER Releases New Single Jimmy

Hamilton-based GREY\\WATER dropped their new single Jimmy today and we had them on #MorningFile to chat all about it. Joined by Charlotte, Devon and Jon, we started our morning talking about Hamilton’s music community, the inspiration behind the new track and the truth comes out on who this Jimmy character really is. The catchy energy of this tune makes up for my lacking morning coffee and it was an absolute pleasure to sit down with such a well-rounded and creative group. Their attention to detail from artwork, to recording, to live performances has them receiving well-deserved praise and enthusiasm behind their new material.

This anticipated release follows their EP Love released last July through Toronto Indie label, Almost Communist. They are currently in the midst of recording new tracks for a Sophmore EP to be released this fall! Have a listen to our full chat and catch their new single below:
