MAC CLUBS: MacDivest

McMaster Divest is a McMaster University club operating under OPIRG McMaster. The goal of Mac Divest is to raise awareness to McMaster students about the university's unsustainable investments in fossil fuels and fossil fuel companies. At the moment McMaster University has approximately $35M invested in fossil fuels. Mac Divest meets with faculty and students to discuss divestment and create discussion around sustainability.
