MorningFile: FoodFund Inc. Expanding to Hamilton

MorningFile host Emma McCarty sat down with McMaster alumni, Adi Ojha the co-founder at FoodFund Inc. In Canada 58% of all food is wasted due to the strict cosmetic standards that grocery stores uphold. FoodFund challenges the idea of perfection and recovers produce from local farmers and delivers it through their subscription service. Their goal is to stop food waste and help make the community more food secure. FoodFund began in London but has expanded to Hamilton as of January 16, 2021.
